Consultation: A variety of medical professionals are available for consultation including Physicians, General practitioners, Pediatricians, Counselors, Adherence Officers, Home visitors, Nurses and others. Consultation also opens the door into other points of care ultimately providing the client with the whole package of care towards complete wellness.

Counseling: Counseling is a very important part of health care management, including entry into care. Professional Counselors are on hand to receive adults and children as they come and as they help the process of care in the most professional manner. Counseling may also lead into other points of care that are found relevant for the attainment of complete wellness of the client. Our counseling services are personal and professional, adding its own therapeutic contribution to the holistic wellness of our clients.

Radiology: The radiology section offers a unique variety of advanced techniques that facilitate the diagnosis of conditions affecting internal organs and structures. These procedures are private, convenient and safe for the client and conducted with all professional and ethical consideration.

Pharmacy: The JCRC pharmacies are well stocked and are a comprehensive one-stop for most of the required drugs for care. They are conveniently located within every facility and pride themselves in the record of quick and friendly service, with the capacity to handle drug refills or purchases on prescription. All pharmacies are open during working hours, and outside working hours special arrangements for drugs can be made in the in-patient department.

In-Patients Department: The in-patient facility in Kampala receives and manages clients who need hospitalization and is very important in the success of advanced care at the JCRC. It is well facilitated with 24hr on-call doctors and nurses, ambulance, medical specialists in advanced cases and well established referral networks. The new and spacious facility in Lubowa has a 120 bed capacity additional to the facility in Mengo.

Laboratories: The laboratories are a highly specialized point of service in our value chain, offering a wide variety of investigations for clinical care and research. The quality of the laboratory tests, facilities, personnel and infrastructure are maintained at international standards. JCRC has the biggest single network of advanced medical laboratories in the country and can meet any need from any of eight regions of the country. Laboratory services for research purposes can be performed on the basis of a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the researcher(s) and JCRC.

The process of accessing these private services is deliberately made simple and convenient. You may choose to walk in and consult a professional within the official working hours (8.00 am - 4.30 pm) or you may choose to make an appointment for a time and date of your choice.
