It has established Uganda’s first Bone Marrow Transplant Center and launched the Stem Cell & Gene Therapy Centre (JCRC-ABT Clinic) to advance regenerative medicine. JCRC is spearheading gene therapy trials for HIV cure, leveraging its expertise in antiretroviral research and collaborating globally through the Global Gene Therapy Initiative (GGTI).

With a strong research foundation, cutting-edge laboratories, and capacity-building programs, JCRC is driving innovations that could revolutionize HIV treatment and personalized medicine in Africa.
